Your Newest Leader :)

Hey Guys! I’m Allie, your other leader for the upcoming India trip. I
just found out that I will be going with you guys, and I must say after
reading through your bios I am absolutely thrilled!

A little
about me….I just got back last week from being a participant on a Real
Life team to Swaziland. The trip was awesome. Through such things as
talking with women in hospitals, holding orphans, and even interacting
with my team, I can say that Christ literally wrecked my life for him
(in the best possible way). He shattered my prior false views of faith
and showed me what it means to truly pick-up my cross and follow
Christ. I’m still amazed at the blessings and freedom that come from
surrendering the reigns to my life and allowing the Lord to guide me.

Right
now, I am taking the year off of school (I have a year left till I
graduate) and am living at home with my family in Santa Cruz,
California. I feel so blessed that the Lord is sending me out on the
missions field again. As of yet, I feel no real call to any particular
region of the world, all I know is that he has given me a tremendous
heart for people and relationships. There is so much joy in simply
sitting next to someone and loving that person with Christ’s love. I’m
definitely wondering if he is leading me towards full-time missions in
the future. After seeing the Lord at work in Swaziland, I am highly
anticipating India. I’ve heard such amazing things about the country
itself and the people, I can’t wait to see what our good and generous
Lord is going to do!
